Answer From Here. Maybe not all of them 🙂

We have asked existing clients what they wanted to know on the 1st contact or website visit with us.

What are your credentials?

Jeff was graduated from Vanderbilt University and has a Masters from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is life & health insurance licensed in 20 states. He is also long-term care licensed and Medicare licensed. He has a social security professional certification. Unrelated, he is a former US Navy submarine officer and Commander of his local VFW post. Not really a credential, but Jeff is in the pre-retirement years, has children, grandchildren, and retired parents, and is using his knowledge for the same questions and planning that you probably have.

How are you paid?

We are not fee-based except in some instances of social security counseling. We remain a service practice but are paid by companies for products we recommend if they are a fit according to the standards of suitability and best interest.

What are you not?

We are not a CPA, CFP, CLU, or estate attorney. We stay in our lane but work with these professionals every day. Many of our clients come from their referrals.

Are you going to push a product on me?

We would be stupid to say "Yes" of course. We are busy enough that if a prospect is no longer a prospect, we know to move on and not waste anyone's time. We do not "push" a product, but we do try to help clients create a plan. Usually the plan includes advice or products that we do not offer and products we do offer.

How to best contact you so I am not wasting my time?

I love this submittal from a client, but she was giving an honest reply to our request for initial feedback. Two ways: 1. Book a call, or 2, Fill out the forms available online. You can also text (540) 618-7071 which is what our clients generally use or they call. We do not waste time. We assume you are professional, and so are we.
